Basic Pay: 57,700 (For new recruits with PhD, the Basic Pay is 66,800)
Dearness Allowance: as applicable from time to time. It is based on a percentage of the Basic Pay.
House Rent Allowance: 12% of Basic Pay (maximum allowed to married couples = Rs. 12,000) = 6,924
Gross pay: Basic Pay + House Rent Allowance + Dearness Allowance = 57,700 + 6,924 + Dearness Allowance = 64,624 + Dearness Allowance
Debit
Statutory Provident Fund deduction: minimum 6.25% of Basic Pay = 3,607

Teachers also get gratuity, as per rules mentioned in the document linked above.
Teachers can also encash 300 earned leaves.)
